Ironwood Lady Niners Standing Committees: In addition to the Executive Board, the Ironwood Lady Niners League has Standing Committees that give their time and expertise to make our club so successful and fun; 2016 Standing Committee Members are Pairings/Games Linda Liberti; Scoring Denise Fleshner; Handicap-Membership Rachel Enloe; Orientation Marcia Gaudioso and Judy Frink; Communications Nancy Davis; AWGA Representative/Ringers Deborah Poropat; Luncheon Rosemary Steinfest and Barb Johnston; Scrapbook Wilma Johnson; Outside Invitationals Judy Thompson, and Webmaster Ann Gavin. Thank you very much ladies – you all are the magic wand that makes our league successful.

A big thank you to Standing Committee Members who are stepping down, Nancy Heberling was our AWGA Representative/Ringers Chair for three years. Nancy managed the Ringers Program and the Medallion Tournament, determining winners and presenting prizes and awards. Mary Yasuda for two years was half of the Pairings/Games Team scheduling our fun and sometimes challenging Play of the Day events. Our IWLN is very fortunate to have such wonderful volunteers who work hard to keep our league running smoothly.

Mark your calendars: On February 10 we are having our Valentine Guest Day and Social. This is a fun day to bring a friend, your significant other, or husband to the event. We will have our noon shotgun start with everyone gathering for snacks and refreshments following golf. This is such a fun event; please mark your calendars and sign up on the bulletin board in the Ironwood Clubhouse to play.

Membership: We give a big welcome to new members Katie Watson and Lori Wold. So glad you joined Ironwood.
