Mondays, beginning Oct. 12 at 10 a.m., join Howard Strouse for History of the Bible: Making of New Testament Canon. The New Testament is the most important collection of books in the history of western civilization. With scholarly video presentation by Dr. Bart Ehrman, this study will undertake a college-level historical examination of the 27 books that are the foundation for Christian theology today (six weeks – video).
Tuesdays, beginning Oct. 13 at 10 a.m., join Denny Steele for Alpha. A seven-week introduction to Christianity which allows individuals the opportunity to explore the Christian faith, ask questions, and share their point of view. Originally designed for non-believers, the course also is an excellent review for life-long Christians (seven weeks – video).
