The benefits of a dynamic, energetic, and safe karate program are:

“Balance and flexibility are important at any age; this class emphasizes both! Learning self-defense techniques sharpens reflexes, strength and focus.”—Paul L.

“A fun, effective workout that improves balance and stability. An engaging instructor—a welcoming group. Great way to stay active and learn something new!”—Shirley H.

“I went for balance and learned so much more! A fun group!”—Rae L.

“I am improving my everyday movement and reflexes by applying what I learn in Kinetic Karate. I’m learning to help sync my brain and body’s movements. I have undergone multiple knee, hip, foot, and shoulder surgeries, yet I am happily learning and practicing Kinetic Karate. I may have to adjust my stances a bit to adapt to my body’s limits since my balance is still a bit off, but I feel like I am improving, not existing. I feel progress versus maintenance. I feel stronger and more confident. I am impressed that our instructor is highly capable and is able to adapt, instruct, challenge and encourage us.”—Lisa L.

” What a fun way to improve balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.”—Tom S.

“Kinetic Karate is an absolute blast—filled with laughter, fun, and a workout that engages every muscle while keeping you moving and smiling!”—Deena B.
