Hello friends and neighbors! Welcome to September and the beginning of fall in the desert. It’s already cooled off in many parts of the country while we continue to bake in the desert sun!

Our maintenance and golf course teams have been deeply involved in several projects, and we trust you will be pleased with the upgrades in our community. Three of our pool complexes have had their decks fully resurfaced, and the results have been welcomed across the board. The Sisk Park update, which includes resurfacing the bocce ball courts, replacing natural turf with synthetic turf, new lighting systems, and a new home for the Cornhole Club, will soon be ready for your enjoyment! The installation of the next generation sprinkler system at the Cottonwood golf course is complete. We look forward to the benefits this system will bring as we continue our efforts to conserve water across all departments.

The management team, the Accounting Department, and the board of directors have been deeply involved in the preparation of the 2024 HOA budget. This will be presented to all homeowners at the annual budget meeting, which will be held on Oct. 25, immediately following the monthly board meeting.
