Grieving the passing of a beloved family member or a close friend is a life altering experience. As such, grief, a normal response to death, is unique to every individual. Whether the loved one battled a debilitating disease for an extended period of time or died unexpectedly, grief is a painful reality that should not be avoided if one truly wants to experience healing. You can see an example of people processing grief and the ways they dealt with it if you click here. Processing something so intense can bring about anxiety so seek out help if you need it.
