Nourish your mind and body with the free-flowing, moving energy of Tai Chi-QiGong and your health will flourish in 2016! My easy and gentle Tai Chi-QiGong classes will help you improve balance, coordination and reduce stress. All ages and abilities are welcome and chairs are offered for those who prefer to enjoy this moving meditation while seated.

Join us for the free Wednesday classes sponsored by Arizona Priority Care’s (AZPC) Senior Advantage Club. Classes are held at Maricopa County Library, Ed Robson Branch-Lecky Room, 9330 E. Riggs Rd., Sun Lakes. All classes are fragrance-free. No equipment is needed, just rubber-soled shoes and water. Drop-in whenever convenient and please park in church lot just west of library and use the seven-step staircase. For those unable to climb stairs, park in library lot.

Beginners from 1:00-2:00 p.m. New attendees are welcome anytime!

Intermediate from 2:15-3:15 p.m. For those experienced in Tai Chi-Qigong

As a Tai Chi Instructor certified by the American Tai Chi-Qigong Association, I am also certified to teach PWR! Moves for Parkinson’s and Chair Chi. Using easy and gentle Tai Chi, I teach how to enhance overall health, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination and reduce stress while building bone strength. Try a class and be passionate about “active aging for your age and ability!”
