Winter is almost over, and the OLNGA members are actively playing golf. We welcomed the following new members in January and February: Christine Berney, Shirley Moore, RoseAnne Rinderknecht and Rita Ginberg (a returning member).

Jan. 7: Flight 1: Joyce Parker and Bonnie Tasch tied for 1st place, and Kathy Chebuhar 2nd place; Flight 2: Colleen Duke 1st place, Carol Lorenz 2nd place, Tuny O’Rourke 3rd place; Flight 3: Lynn Matassarin 1st place, Hazel Ludwig 2nd place, Dottie Meade 3rd place

Jan. 14: Flight 1: Cora Lathem-Lavensky 1st place, Barbara Collier and Illa Kraayenbrink tied for 2nd place; Flight 2: Nancy Lienenbrugger 1st place, Carol Wilcox 2nd place, Suevonne Negaard, Kathy Siegrist, and Colleen Duke tied for 3rd place.

March will begin with an early St. Paddy’s Day celebration Tuesday, March 3. Members will purchase raffle tickets for prizes prior to the game, and all of the profits from the sale will be donated to Neighbors Who Care. There will be luncheon after the round for members to celebrate and wear their “green.”
