Our Nov. 16 POD was a three-person scramble. The winning team was Sharon Bowditch, Phyllis D’Amore, and Mary Perry. Tied for second were Eun Yoon, Pam Shumard, and Karen Fager and Judy Darnell, Barbara Anderson, and Doris Swanson. Fourth place was Joan Hammond, Robin Thomas, and Linda Anderson. Tied for fifth were Mary Dyrseth, Shirley Weaver, and Susan Merrill and Julie Clausen, Julie Hastings, and Susan LaSalvia.
All the FOURS were counted on Nov. 23. In Flight 1 the winner was Eun Yoon, and second was Sharon Bowditch. Flight 2 was won by Julie Hastings, and second was Joan Hammond. In Flight 3 the winner was Dang Teater, and Robin Thomas and Gail Moen tied for second. Flight 4 was won by Doris Swanson, and second was Dessa Hutchins.
O.N.E.S. were the nine counting holes on Nov. 30. Tied for first place in Flight 1 were Mary Perry and Eun Yoon. Tied for third were Judy Darnell, Mary Dyrseth, and Sharon Bowditch. The Flight 3 winner was Shirley Weaver, followed by Debbie Horner in second place. Pat Schepp and Julie Clausen tied for third. Flight 4 was won by Susan Merrill, and Frankie Hatch and Doris Swanson tied for second.
Our Dec. 7 event was Cross Country. Barbara Arakelian and Sharon Bowditch tied for first. Eun Yoon placed third, and tied for fourth were Sue Pederson and Dolly Eide. Flight 2 was won by Marty Light. Marty had her first hole-in-one on #3 Sonoran. Congratulations to her for a fine accomplishment. Second place was Dang Teater, and tied for third were Julie Hastings, Linda Morris, and Robin Thomas. Flight 4 was won by Jan Skibo, and second place was Karen Fager. Tied for third were Sandy Knight and Jo Ann Zerwekh.
The OLGA ladies would like to invite anyone interested to join their friendly league on Tuesdays. We have a 10 a.m. shotgun this time of the year and welcome new players of various abilities.
