Hello, everyone, and welcome to springtime in the desert! We are enjoying the warmer weather, longer days, and seeing our friends and neighbors. It is high season, and our amenities are in full use. It’s great to see the golf courses, restaurants, racquet courts, walking trails, and other facilities filled with folks experiencing our active adult lifestyle!

The Super Bowl is over, the Waste Management Phoenix Open is over, Valentine’s Day is over, and we are coming up on a most important event in our Association. We will elect three homeowners to the CWPV Association Board of Directors. Applications were available as of Jan. 9, 2023, and we have six candidates running for the three open seats. Voting day is set for March 22. Results will be announced on March 23, and the new board members will be installed at the annual meeting on March 29. Election information and updates will be in every edition of The Flyer and In The Know between now and voting day.
