The Palo Verde Ladies Golf Association (PVLGA) will hold its Golf Fore Life Cancer Tournament on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at noon. All proceeds will go to the University of Arizona Cancer Center (UACC) for research. PVLGA members may invite guests with golf handicaps to participate. Palo Verde Men’s Golf Association members are also invited to play and invite guests. The game will be a four-person men’s or women’s scramble. Sign-up sheets are available in the Palo Verde lounges and will be removed on Nov. 7. The tournament fills up quickly, so sign up early!

The cost to play is a donation of $50, which goes directly to UACC. Participants and others may purchase Hole Sponsor signs in memory of or dedication to a cancer patient. Donations for signs will be $30 and $100 for Friends and Family signs. Forms are also available in the Palo Verde lounges. There will be a party after the tournament on the Palo Verde restaurant patio, and a sign-up sheet will be available when you sign up for the tournament. The cost is $12 per person for a deli sandwich buffet. Raffle tickets will be sold for golf-themed baskets, and the winners will be announced at the party.
