Republican Club—No December Meeting

Carolyn McCorkle

The Sun Lakes Republican Club will not have its regular meeting in December. Members and friends will be celebrating An Old-Fashioned Christmas at our annual Christmas dinner dance on Dec. 10. The dinner dance, featuring entertainment by Harry Mathews, is sold out. No tickets will be sold at the door. Doors open at 5 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6 p.m. for those who have paid reservations. Santa Claus is rumored to be coming with special treats for each guest! A delicious dinner, raffles, and dancing will provide a delightful evening for celebrating the joys of the season with friends and neighbors until 9:30 p.m.

Please plan to join us at our next regular monthly meeting in January. The Sun Lakes Republican Club will feature “Candidates for Congressional District 5,” as well as a special keynote speaker, on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 6:30 p.m. in the Navajo Room of Sun Lakes Country Club, 25601 S. Sun Lakes Blvd., in Sun Lakes. The public is invited to our meetings, which are held on the second Wednesday of each month, except in June, July, and August. Please bring your friends! Our mission is “Promoting an Informed Electorate Through Education.” Light desserts will be provided for your enjoyment.

We endeavor to invite all Republican candidates to attend our meetings so you will have the opportunity to meet them before the 2026 primary. For more information, please visit our website www.SunLakesRepublicanClub.org or contact Mike Tennant at 262-880-4620.
