The Sew-N-Sews members had a great time at the annual Christmas Luncheon. If you missed it, maybe you can join us next year. Remember: This event is for members only, so join if you are not currently a member. New members pay $25, which includes the name pin. Renewals are only $15, and membership is for a calendar year.

Our January meeting on the 9th will feature Angie Stevenson from Lunch Box Quilts. Her applique quilt patterns are designed specifically for embroidery machines. Angie has received awards for her unique quilt designs and has been featured in embroidery and quilting magazines. Angie travels nationally teaching Lunch Box Quilts workshops. You will be amazed at her quilt patterns.

In addition to a presentation, we always have Show & Tell, door awards and a stash table to find fabric and/or notions you just can’t live without. And we guarantee you’ll laugh at least once during the afternoon.

The meetings are held on the second Wednesday, September through May, at the Sun Lakes Country Club clubhouse, 25601 S. Sun Lakes Blvd., in the Navajo Room at 1:00 p.m. This month it will be January 9.
