At our regular meeting on October 20 we will meet Cathy Olswing, President of the Hadassah Desert Mountain Region. Holly Parker, who spearheads the “Just 3 Things” campaign, will also speak about how these donations make a difference to those in need. Why is Hadassah such an important women’s organization? Besides the social aspect of getting together, Hadassah is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to causes. We are at the forefront of humanitarian aid because of the money raised by women like us as members of chapters across the country. Every time we hold a fundraising event, we are making a difference in the lives of others.
