Greetings from the Sun Lakes Shrine Club.

President Noble Mike Whitney called our February meeting to order, leading the club in the Shrine Pledge of Allegiance. Ill. Sir Jim Willettes, PP, presented the opening prayer.

The Club welcomed honored guests Chief Rabban George Mathers and his lovely lady Dorothy. It was great to have them with us for our Valentine’s Day celebration. We honored all our wonderful Ladies by presenting them each with a rose to show our appreciation for all their love and support throughout the year. They certainly are a talented and beautiful group of ladies.

As usual the staff of Cottonwood Country Club presented a great meal which was enjoyed by all. We look forward every month to our Shrine Club dinners where we can socialize and participate in an enjoyable evening with our fellow Nobles and their ladies.

Our March meeting will be the last meeting before the club goes dark during the summer months. Meetings will resume in November.

We welcome Shriners from everywhere to come enjoy dinner with us. We meet the second Monday of the month at the Cottonwood Country Club in Sun Lakes; social hour is at 5:00 p.m. and dinner is at 6:00 p.m. Dress is business attire with Fez. Reservations are required.
