Wet and Wild Water Aerobics – March 2015

Water Aerobics has become a major exercise program in our fitness-conscious society. The buoyant support of the water dramatically decreases compression stress on weight bearing joints, bones and muscles. The most important reason to join our group is it is fun! Great water temperature, great music and great friends. Class is at 10:00 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Cottonwood Pool. Friday is deep water day. Tuesday and Thursday class is held at the Oakwood Pool. Each class is $3 or you can purchase a 10 class punch card for $25.
