As we approach the hottest part of the summer, I’m seeing fewer people enjoying the amenities of Sun Lakes. But before you know it, as the cooler weather approaches in the fall, we will be looking forward to getting back to our normal routines here in Sun Lakes. For many of us, that includes playing bocce ball.

The Sisk Park Bocce Club Board of Directors is excited to announce a new website for the club. Check it out at sunlakesbocceclub.com. Beginning Sept. 1, 2021, online registration for the first session of club play will open. The cost remains the same: $25 for a two-member team, whether you play one or both sessions: Oct. 31 to Jan. 2 and/or Jan. 16 to March 20.

The board of directors anticipates we will follow our normal schedule and rules for play for the 2021-22 season. That means our annual Wine and Cheese event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 24, and club play begins on Oct. 31.
