Stay Off the Ladder is a free community service for Sun Lakes seniors, proudly provided by The Redeemed Team, your local Sun Lakes REALTORS®.
We launched this program in 2019 after recognizing a growing need in our community. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), falls are the leading cause of injury and death among older adults. Something as simple as changing a light bulb or replacing an A/C filter can result in a serious fall.
Our mission is simple: help seniors stay safe by staying off the ladder.
Each week, our team volunteers throughout Sun Lakes to assist with:
* Replacing smoke alarm batteries
* Changing A/C filters
* Replacing light bulbs
We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has supported us for so many years, and we’re honored to provide this service completely free of charge.

Each spring, we host Music in the Park at the Field of Dreams softball park in Sun Lakes. Guests enjoy:

Admission is always free. Voluntary donations help support the Stay Off the Ladder program and Neighbors Who Care.
Drive By Donuts
Four times each year during the Sun Lakes Community Garage Sales, our team hands out free Bashas’ donuts and bottled water to shoppers as a small way of saying thank you to our wonderful community.
