The Sun Lakes Card Makers will meet on April 17 at 1 p.m. for their annual Spring Fling. Come early at 11:30 a.m. for lunch and stay for the meeting.

Spring usually means graduations, weddings, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and sometimes a new baby or two. We will be scheduling our summer meetings, dependent on who is in town and who has left us on holiday or gone north for the cool. Our group always meets on the third Wednesday of each month year round to share what is new in card design and what is new in rubber stamping.

We meet in the Arts & Crafts Room of Sun Lakes Phase 1 from 1 p.m. to around 3 p.m. Each member takes a month as lead teacher and prepares two or three card kits for the other members to assemble during the meeting. All of our ladies have special talents and are eager to share what they know with the other members.
