Happy 4th of July to each of you! What an amazing and special time of year we are in as we celebrate our nation’s 247th birthday. Our hearts swell with pride as we think about our history and the many meanings of Independence Day. We will sing patriotic songs, listen to speeches, wave flags at parades, attend parties and fairs, and celebrate the freedoms our forefathers fought and died for. Be safe, be well, and enjoy your time with friends and family.

There is so much work going on this summer in our HOA. Our golf and common area crews are fully engaged in their normal off-season work. Our facilities teams are going full speed on the approved project lists and have completed more than 50% on this year’s list.

Cox Communications continues to develop and install a completely new high-speed network throughout our community.

Maricopa County has announced a large roadwork project where all surfaces in Cottonwood and in Cotton Verde will be replaced in approximately a 90-day time period.
