UpTown Art Painting Class and Happy Hour
Date: Friday, August 29
Time: 2:00-4:30 p.m.
Location: Navajo Room at Sun Lakes Country Club
Cost: $23 per person
Join us for an afternoon of painting and drinks with your friends! UpTown Art brings painting to you with an all-inclusive class that will allow you to leave with your very own masterpiece. The cost of the event includes all the materials you will need, personalized instruction and a complimentary glass of wine. Follow along as an UpTown artist leads the entire class through painting the selected event picture.
Not an artist? That’s okay! The instructors are there to make it easy for you to follow along and will help individuals as needed.
A cash bar will be available for additional alcoholic beverages. Bring your best friend and buy a bottle of wine to share, or purchase drinks by the glass.

Diamondbacks Bus Trip to Chase Field with All-You-Can-Eat Food!
The next trip of the season will be an evening game on Tuesday, August 26 for the Diamondbacks vs. Dodgers. Bus picks up outside the SLCC Clubhouse at 5:15 p.m. Game time is 6:40 p.m.
Tickets are $39 each. Tickets include round-trip bus ride and a ticket to the game in the All You Can Eat Section which includes free and unlimited hotdogs, chips, popcorn and soda. Handicap seating is available with advance notice.

Friday Night Fish Fry
Come enjoy our famous Friday Night Fish Fry dinners at the Sunset Grill in the Arizona Room! And now, enjoy a second option every Friday night in addition to our fish! Check our website and clubhouse for weekly specials.
Cocktail hour begins at 4:30 p.m.; dinner is served at 5:00 p.m.
Advanced tickets are not required for this event; $10.95 per person includes hand-dipped fried cod, fresh French fries or baked potato and a salad bar. However, the salad bar may be purchased a la’ carte for $6.95!
Team Trivia
Team Trivia is a live hosted trivia game. Play as a solo player or bring your friends to lend a helping hand or mind. Compete against other teams for prizes! Our categories include everything from history, TV, sports, geography, music and just about anything else you can think of. So if you want to show your competition how smart you are this is your chance! And maybe, just maybe, you’ll win a prize for playing.
There is no cost or obligation to play. All materials will be provided free of charge. Just bring yourself and a desire to have some fun! There will be a cash bar available and a chance to win prizes and enter to win the 50/50 raffle!

Free hot coffee with unlimited refills and a morning treat. Join us for free coffee and a morning treat at our monthly Coffee in the Community event! Everyone is invited!
Sip on coffee and enjoy your morning treat in a friendly community setting while having the option to casually view various vendors that may cater to your needs!
