Oh! Happy Fall! It is time to take the Sun Lakes Drum Circle outdoors. October 16 will be a little after the full moon on the 13th. We will meet at the Veterans Oasis Park, 4050 E. Chandler Heights Road, northeast corner of Chandler Heights and Lindsey.
Our Drum Circle will be meeting outdoors only, as our indoor venue has not worked out. Fair weather only. I will have them in October and November 2019, and February and March 2020. We celebrate our bonds with Mother Earth and all of humanity. We create space in our world for the intentions of all. We ask for peace between all people everywhere. We do drums, rattles, and bells for stress relief and for our health and that of all beings.
The Chandler Drum Circle is a fun event every first Sunday of the month from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Chandler Library, Copper Room, upstairs. Bart Salzman started this event, and it is working well and quite fun to be a part of. Come and learn how to drum for more stress relief and to meet new people.
I hope you will join us on the 16th at the Veterans Oasis Park. We will carpool from the covered parking lot at Sun Lakes Country Club. We leave at 6 p.m. sharp, so if you would like to ride to the park, please join us.
