The Sun Lakes Jewish Congregation Sisterhood will meet in person on Jan. 20 at 1 p.m., in the Chapel Center. The guest speaker is Sue Robisch, docent at the Phoenix Art Museum. Her presentation is “American Abstract Expressionism: Women of Influence,” a conversation about how it fits into the history of art and, specifically, the women who found their voice and influenced the world of art in the 20th century. Learn about their interaction with their male counterparts, their joys, their struggles, and what made each of them unique. See how their styles and techniques became expressions of their individual personalities.

It is time to register for our annual Card Party to be held at the Cottonwood ballroom in Sun Lakes on Feb. 7. Gather a group of friends to play Mah Jongg, bridge, canasta, Scrabble, or another table game. If you would like, we can match you with others who like to play your favorite game.
