Jill Gonzales, Closest to the Pin Winner—Scramble 3/31.
The Sun Lakes Lady Niners love to play golf. The Lady Niners enjoyed a schedule of five weeks of league play including a fun scramble during March. Since the weather was heating up earlier this year, the starting tee time for league play was changed to 8:30 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. for the month of April. League play runs from November through April. The Lady Niners golf at Sun Lakes Country Club on Tuesday mornings at 9 a.m. (10 a.m. during the colder months of December, January and February).
The league business meeting was held on March 17 in conjunction with a pizza party. Awards were distributed as well as a review and reminder of some of the rules of golf and course rules. A discussion ensued about proposed by-law changes and how the flights are determined as well as the weekly winning rankings. Susan Geis will check with Rick regarding the process and adding new games to the weekly league play.

The Sun Lakes Lady Niners is a fun group of ladies of all ages and golfing abilities from beginners to more advanced levels of play.
