John Churchman, author, poet and spiritual guide, will return for a one day presentation on Happiness and/or Joy. John writes: With all we face on life’s journey, can we reasonably expect to be happy all the time? Rather than seeking perpetual happiness, might we benefit from living life with gratitude seeking Joy rather than happiness?
