Dancing is an incredible source of exercise, developing mental acuity, and improving skills in other sports. Add to this loads of fun and getting to hold a good-looking partner in your arms. Such a deal!
And thanks to the Basic Social Dancing approach, it’s a snap to learn. By the end of the first class, you will be able to dance to any song that is played. Let’s get up and go! It’s not in our best interests to vegetate. Walk In—Dance Out!
Your instructor is Mary Lou Kaye, DEA and PDF certified instructor, who has been teaching for more years than she’ll admit to. Her classes focus on having a great deal of fun while developing strong leaders and lovely followers. Her Basic Social Dance program merges her talent as a ballroom instructor with her interest in “street” dancing. Your instruction will be professional and polished, but still an all-around fun experience to your favorite music.
