We have all heard the phrase that sometimes in the tennis game “less is best.” From day one when a player begins their tennis journey, one would get their racket back and take a full swing and remember to follow through. We get programmed in this, but many seasoned players don’t work or think about the following. When you start adding this to your game, then you are no longer a chess player.
