The Unit 11 Board of Directors will hold its January 2021 meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 20, at 4 p.m., in the Ceramics Room (A-8) of the Cottonwood clubhouse. All homeowners are encouraged and invited to attend. Thank you.

Dear Unit 19 Townhome Owners:

January meetings for Unit 19 HOA will be held on

* Monday, Jan. 11, at 6 p.m., for the monthly working meeting

* Monday, Jan. 18, at 6 p.m., for the monthly open board meeting

Because of COVID season and for the safety of the board and homeowners, it will be determined if these meetings will be in person or by Zoom. An email blast will be sent for each meeting, with the directions for joining the Zoom meeting if it is determined that Zoom meetings are needed.
