The Unit 11 HOA monthly board meeting will be held on Jan. 19 at 4 p.m., in the Ceramics Room (A-8) at the Cottonwood clubhouse.

All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Unit 19

Dear Unit 19 Townhome Owners:

January meetings for Unit 19 HOA will be held:

• Monday, Jan. 10, at 6 p.m. MST for the monthly Working meeting

• Monday, Jan. 17, at 6 p.m. MST for the monthly Open board meeting

The Phoenix Room is still unavailable for in-person meetings. If it is determined that we need to hold these meetings via Zoom, an email blast will be sent for each meeting with the directions for joining the Zoom meeting.

Annette and Ila, Social Committee

Last month’s event at Oakwood was a huge success with over 74 attendees.

The next event is on Jan. 11 in the Oakwood ballroom from 4 to 6 p.m. Greeters will be there to supply name tags. I strongly suggest you make dinner reservations in advance should you want to stay and enjoy dinner at Stone & Barrel.

Mark your calendar for more Second Tuesdays on Feb. 8 and March 8. April is currently being considered for a possible potluck.
