We have had a good summer working out in the warm water. Now we are looking forward to fall and friends returning. Why water aerobics? It is great exercise for young and old. Men, take notice; it is good for you also. Most of us can do more in the water than on land. Water aerobics is good for our knees, hips and backs. The main reason to do water aerobics is it is FUN. Join our group and meet new friends and feel great.

Classes are held Monday and Wednesday at the Cottonwood pool and Tuesday and Thursday at the Oakwood pool. All classes are at 10:00 a.m. and cost $3.00, or get 10 classes for $25.00 punch card. Bring a noodle and water weights if you have them – if not, we have some to lend you.

For more information, call Marti Scott at 480.895.4176. (On Friday, a group does deep water at the Cottonwood pool.)
