Wet and Wild Water Aerobics

Yes we know water aerobics lowers blood pressure and tones up our muscles and keeps our heart rate in rhythm and helps blood circulation but we love water aerobics because it is fun! Come and join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Cottonwood pool and Tuesday and Thursday at the Oakwood pool. Friday is deep water exercise. Each class is $3 or a $25 punch card will give you 10 classes.
