Wet and Wild Water Aerobics

Health benefits of water-based exercise — people report enjoying water-based exercise more than exercising on land. They can also exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or joint or muscle pain.

Water-based exercise and chronic illness — people with rheumatoid arthritis have more health improvements after participating in hydrotherapy than with other activities. Even the use of affective joints is improved and pain decreased.

And it is fun! All classes meet at 10:00 a.m.; the cost is $3 per class or you can purchase a $25 punch card for 10 classes. Bring a noodle or water weights if you have them — if not come anyway as I have extras.
