Wet and wild

The main purpose of water aerobics is to improve cardiovascular conditioning. Weight loss usually is anticipated because of the increase in oxygen consumption. Water aerobics also increases flexibility if full range of motion moves are incorporated and it enhances muscular endurance and leaner body composition. Mainly it is fun! It also gives you a chance to meet new people here in Sun Lakes. Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Cottonwood Pool and Tuesday and Thursday at the Oakwood Pool. All classes start at 10:00 a.m. Classes are $3 each or you can purchase a $25 punch card for 10 classes.
