Join us on Feb. 25, from 10 to 11 a.m., in the Computer Room 1 in Cottonwood. Our speaker will be Madalyn Johnson, co-owner of SW Herb Shop and Gathering Place in Mesa.

Madalyn will speak on an introduction to herbs and the benefits of drinking herbal teas.

3. How certain herbs may help you regain your bone health, allergies, sleep patterns, and hormonal health.
