Yoga classes are being offered at the Cottonwood Palo Verde Fitness Center.

Restorative Yoga – Mondays at 9 a.m.

Join John for a relaxing class of restoring health through a series of movements and breathing exercises. Beginners are welcome.

Yoga Strength – Mondays at 4:30 p.m.

Join John for a series of movements using weights, straps, and medicine balls. Good class for golfers.

Yoga Strength – Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.

This is a good workout for beginners to advanced. Props are used.

All Levels – Saturdays at 9 a.m.
