Vinyasa is a flow style of yoga, linking breath and movement. It promotes a feeling of well-being as you build strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Practicing yoga is an effective way to keep strong and flexible enough to enjoy all that Sun Lakes has to offer.
Tuesday’s class will be Levels One and Two combined. I will offer variations for the poses and we will move more slowly. Thursday’s class will be Level Two, for yogis with more experience. Although I don’t teach any beginner classes, if you are a fit and active person who wishes to start yoga, the Tuesday class may be a good fit for you.

Bring a mat. I have some blocks and straps for students to use.
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. in Room A-6 at Cottonwood. The cost is $5.
