Zumba – low impact, high energy

Lesly Holness

Hello everyone! I’m back and classes are starting on Monday, November 3. I have missed you so much. Even though I have been teaching Zumba all summer up in Canada, it’s just not the same. You guys are way more fun!

Haven’t tried Zumba yet? Well it’s never too late to start. It’s really a ‘fitness party’ with a contagious blend of Latin and international music that just makes you want to get up and dance! It’s easy to follow choreography that gives an effective total body workout. Do you like to dance? Then you will love Zumba!

Some of you have sent me names of songs you like and I have added them to our playlist. That was fun. I am keeping the same days and times as last year. Plus I am offering the extra half hour after the Thursday morning class so we can stretch. Imagine, a whole half hour of just stretching – ahhhh; for free!

Sound good? Dance to great music, with great people and burn lots of calories? Yes! My goal is that you love your workout and look forward to each class. No one to judge your dance ability, you just listen to the music and have fun! Try a time and place that suits you:

Monday – Cottonwood Room 6A at 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday – Sun Lakes Country Club Mirror Room at 4:00 p.m.

Thursday – Cottonwood Room 6A at 11:30 a.m.

Saturday – Sun Lakes Country Club Mirror Room at 9:30 a.m.
