It’s almost time for all the fall parties to be kicking off in Sun Lakes again. Unfortunately, along with the fun and good food come those dreaded extra pounds.
I have a great solution for you. Get back in shape and have fun doing it. Take those extra pounds off with my Zumba® Fitness program.
Haven’t tried Zumba® yet? It is never too late to start. Join me at one of my Sun Lakes classes this week. If you have been away from working out for a while, this is a good opportunity to get back into the routine.
You will have loads of fun, burn lots of calories, and meet some great friends. We will do routines to music such as the Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaetón, and Samba, along with some of our familiar favorites from the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s, and more. You can start out slow and work into the routines. There is no pressure to keep up; you know your own limits.
Here is my October schedule:
Tuesday, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., Room A-6
Wednesday, 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., Room A-6
Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Room A-6
Note: On Friday, October 25, there will be no class.
Wednesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Zumba® Sentao
Thursday, 8:30 a.m., Zumba® Gold
Starting in November, I will be moving my Sun Lakes classes into the new Cottonwood Fitness Center. Same days, same times. We will enjoy more room, so plan on joining me there.
