When the Fitness Center reopens, be ready for some exciting changes! John is teaching Introduction to Yoga on Saturdays and Mondays at 9 a.m. He is keeping those two slots, because they were so well attended before the shutdown. He is adding Sports Yoga on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. This class is for the club champion to the caddies! Everyone who takes this class will benefit. Increasing range of motion will build strength to clobber the ball farther down the fairway for those golfers out there.

John brings 17 years of certified experience from Montana with his wife Barb. Their idea was to never shovel another snowflake again. Start your mornings, afternoons, and Friday evenings with a journey into your own body, strengthening your spirit, and having some laughs along the way. Come in, sign in with your favorite staff, go to your class, and pay $5 to the instructor. Ask about my $20 punch cards.
