Introducing new Executive Director at Renaissance

Renaissance Executive Director Travis Staples

Renaissance, a luxury Robson Senior Living Community in Sun Lakes, is thrilled to announce its new Executive Director, Travis Staples. Staples was born and raised in southern Oregon and is a fourth-generation contractor. He began his career in the senior living industry in 2011 and has been in love with his job ever since.

While in Oregon, Staples worked for some incredible non-profit senior living providers like Pacific Retirement and Human Good. However, he has always had an interest in moving to Arizona and, according to Staples, “When the opportunity presented itself to work for an amazing company like Robson, I knew it was time to move.” After receiving the position, he headed to Arizona with his wife and the youngest of his five wonderful children.

From his many years in the industry, Staples is dedicated to bringing optimal levels of efficiency and care to senior living communities and is thrilled to do the same as the new Executive Director of Renaissance. His plan for the first 90 days of the job is to fully absorb the operations of the organization. Staples says that his goal is to “understand how things function and develop a strategy of how to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness and take the Renaissance to a new level.”

Renaissance offers various levels of care to meet residents’ needs in an elegant and sophisticated community. Within this exceptional community, you will discover impressive amenities such as social areas, activity areas, dining needs, pools, fitness, gardens and so much more. Renaissance provides outstanding services for its residents and peace of mind for their families.

In 2017, Renaissance was announced the 55+ Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders and has continued to impress its residents with luxury living. We are excited to see what the new year brings for Renaissance and its new Executive Director, Travis Staples.
