Drop-in for my weekly easy and gentle Tai Chi-QiGong classes:

Easy and Gentle Tai Chi at Sun Lakes Country Club Mirror Room, Sun Lakes – open to the public all summer!

Thursdays, Mixed Level 10:45-11:45 a.m. New attendees are welcome anytime!

$5 per class; all ages and abilities can enjoy the practice seated or standing; drop-in anytime. Parking is available on east side of country club for direct access into Mirror Room.

Renaissance Luxury Retirement Living, Sun Lakes

Tuesdays, Beginner 10:15-11:15 a.m. for residents only

No equipment is needed, just rubber-soled shoes and water. Choose to either stand or sit and breathe deeply to help relax your mind and body. Great for healing bodies and minds while increasing flexibility, improving balance and coordination, and reducing stress while building bone strength.
