Thursday, May 19 – Possible Monthly HOA Working Meeting in the Phoenix Room at 4:00 p.m.

For new homeowners, welcome! If you are not receiving villas No. 37 emails, contact Nancy Engelhardt at [email protected] and provide her with your name and street address along with your email so she can add you to our master list.

As part of our Outreach effort, we now have a group of generous homeowners who are volunteering to assist villa homeowners in small tasks such as changing light bulbs, air filters, etc. For more information about Outreach see HOA news under Villas37.org website or contact Ila Kraayenbrink at 480-802-0595.

Changes in service:

Effective May 9 landscaping services will be performed by Sustainable Landscaping Services. Continue to use the Property Care Requests (PCR) for landscaping issues or requests thru the Villas37.org website.

Our new pest control service is Western Exterminators. If you have any exterior issues submit a PCR using our website. Should a homeowner wish to have the interior of their villa treated, contact Andrew Wade at 480-395-9678 or request the technician while on site. The cost for the added service is $20 payable directly to Western Exterminator Company. Our service date is the second Tuesday of the month. If there is a pest emergency such as bees, please contact one of our board members by phone. Elections for open board positions will be in the fall. More information will be sent our later regarding timeline, what is required, etc. Our unit is only as good as our involvement!
