Kim Kubsch, an Oakwood resident, is a Tai Chi Practitioner certified by the American Tai Chi-Qigong Association. She is also a Silver Sneakers® FLEX Instructor, and is certified to teach PWR! Moves for Parkinson’s and Chair Chi. Kim uses easy and gentle Tai Chi to teach how to enhance overall health, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination and reduce stress, while building bone strength.
