Bruce Pape, MOGA Club Champion
Bruce grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. His career started in software systems, later transitioned to HR, and he eventually was VP compensation and HR systems for an organization with $11.5 billion in sales and 47,000 employees before retiring in October of 2010.
Bruce has won eight Club Championships (including 2023 Oakwood and Ironwood), two state (Florida and Arizona) golf championships, and a four-time AGA Goldwater Cup senior team member. His low round is 63 (twice), and he has had five holes-in-one (recently Lakes number 2) and three double-eagles.
Mark Nielsen, Tournament Chair
Mark encourages you to download the Golf Genius app from the Play Store to your phone. When you pick up your scorecard, open the app and enter the GGID, which is printed on your scorecard. The tee number and all the names in your group will appear. Then simply enter the scores when you finish each hole. Easy peasy!
Ron Dodd, President
Ron is pleased to announce that the Christmas Party will be held on Friday, Dec. 15. The registration form can be printed out from our website, mogagolf.org.
