First Baptist Church Sun Lakes’ (FBCSL) annual Freedom Fest will kick off our nation’s 248th birthday in grand style. You don’t want to miss this! The festivities will take place at the church on June 29 at 11:30 a.m., so don’t forget to mark your calendars.

Wear your red, white, and blue and join us for a wonderful sing-along featuring our favorite patriotic songs from yesteryear. Train those rusty crooner pipes up and be prepared to take a trip down memory lane. Pastor Steve sings a fine solo or two as well. What a fun time this will be!

Our nation’s birthday wouldn’t be the same without an old-fashioned cookout. Summer sizzles, and this year’s Freedom Fest grill will be sizzling with only the most traditional American staples: hot dogs and hamburgers with the fixins.
