We will look forward to a meeting in September. In the meantime, use your oils in diffusers to send the healing aroma throughout your house. The oils we used for immune support in our March meeting. The recipe: we used a carrier oil such as coconut oil, avocado, or olive oil. You can put in a vial or dropper bottle and rub on your skin.

To have a strong immune system, the body requires exercise and regular sleep. We made a gel for sleep a few months back. We called it “Sleep-Feet.” It is for rubbing on your feet before getting into bed. You can make it yourself if you have the oils and aloe vera gel. Call Paullene for the recipe.
