Come start your week off with a yoga practice that will focus on improving the range of motion and healing of your joints and connective tissues. From years of sitting in chairs, slouching over computers and everyday activity, our movement suffers. However, all is not lost. By applying the yoga principles you will learn in the Monday morning class, you can learn tools to help you recover. We will also focus on relaxation techniques that can help improve your energy during the day and your sleep at night, along with several other benefits. The classes will be held year round on Monday mornings at 9:00 a.m. Please dress layered and bring small blankets or large bath towels for comfort. We will provide mats, blocks and blankets as well, but if you have any of your own equipment we encourage you to bring it with you. The charge is $5 per class; however, if there are financial concerns and you really want to participate, please contact Kary Sinkule at 480-861-3788.
Monday class time is 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Cottonwood Dance Room A-6 year round (except holidays).
