Well, let’s take the “work” out of workout and have some fun while we burn off those holiday calories. Hey, it’s a whole new year – let’s start off right! We do a total body workout combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle toning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy and little bit of a “high” when you are done. Low impact and high energy. Beginners are welcome, and you don’t have to live here to join.
I was certified in Zumba and Zumba Gold but don’t pay the monthly fee so I can’t use the name. But we still use the great music and luv all the fun Latin moves. I have also been certified in “Group Fitness,” weight training, Osteo Fit, Yoga, 3rd Age fitness, CPR and Fitness First Aid. Been teaching fitness for over 40 years. Wow, does that ever “age” me, ha, ha. But you know? I’m grateful to still be here, doing what I love. Teaching fitness classes!
When we do physical activity on a regular basis, it can give your entire body – not just your heart – a boost. Getting your heart rate up and breaking a sweat can: strengthen heart muscles, improve blood flow, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels and help control weight. What have you got to lose?
