I hope you all had wonderful holidays! If you are like me, there were lots of parties, friends and of course, great food. Unfortunately, there is a price to pay for such pleasure. It’s called getting back to reality.

Let me help you make that task as painless as possible. Join me at one of my Sun Lakes Zumba® classes to see what I am talking about. You will feel healthier, happier and shed a few pounds in the process.

What is Zumba? Pretty much the most awesome exercise program ever. Move to great music with great people and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. I will mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning fitness experience. Do you have one, two or three pound weights? Bring them along for our toning exercises.

You will find that Zumba® is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosting energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave my class.

Come and give my class a try and find out for yourself how much better you feel. You will be glad you did!

If you are a first timer or just need to slowly get back into the routine, try my Zumba® Gold class on Thursday mornings at the new Optum Care facility.
