Shake it off with Zumba

Okay, so now after all that partying, we really have to ‘shake it off.’

I know it takes a lot of work, but with Zumba it doesn’t feel like work. Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music, have fun and let yourself go!

Yes, Zumba fitness really helps you lose weight. Zumba provides a full body workout for burning calories. We have great music, mostly Latin based, with some oldies thrown in. All high energy and low impact. No jumping, just hip shaking, laugh out loud fun! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating; and you don’t even need a partner to dance up the floor!

Want to find out what the Zumba Glow is all about? Well come on and try one of our many classes. What have you got to lose? I have two classes in Cottonwood and two classes at Sun Lakes Country Club. The room at Sun Lakes Country Club is big and we have lots of space to strut our stuff! On Thursday morning I have added an extra half hour after the class so we can stretch longer. For free!
