Stand taller, walk stronger

Noell Hyman

Welcome back to our winter friends! We are still here doing yoga, making Sun Lakes residents stronger, walking taller and keeping our joints moving. Whether you joined us last year or are new to yoga, you are welcome! We want to make yoga work as a healing practice for everybody, no matter what age or condition. Our focus it to keep the classes gentler and safer, keeping in mind knees, wrists, backs or other parts that might not move as well as they used to!

We have a wide variety of classes scheduled on almost every day of the week. Try them all to see which ones work best for you. This month, the Saturday classes are a special “Yoga for a Good Cause.” The $5 class fee from the Saturday classes will be donated to Rover’s Rest Stop Dog Rescue.

We are in the Cottonwood Country Club Dance Room – Room A-6. Classes are $5 each. No need to schedule in advance. Just show up. We have mats if you need one.
